The Strategic Management Subsystem is a mobile application designed for users of the strategic, tactical, and operational management subsystem of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and its subordinate organizations. It is a part of the GIS Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

Key features include monitoring project and contract progress, access to critical analytical and regulatory information, a personal calendar with upcoming events, task creation, delegation, and monitoring, meeting organization, creation of meeting protocols in approved formats, and document upload/download for subsystem projects.
